Fresh off recent blockbusters such as Noah and Exodus: Gods and Kings, multiple Hollywood studios confirmed Thursday that they are looking forward to creating even more terrible Christian movies featuring wild inaccuracies and an offensive departure from the truth as presented in the Bible.

I heart Babylon Bee! Biblically-based Hollywood films were frequently extremely long heroic epics in their heyday of late 50's-early 60s (Ben Hur, The Robe, Barabbas, Ten Commandments, David & Goliath, King of Kings, etc.) There have been few since then. Now they are retelling epics using a lot of CGI. And if you have CGI, then you need lots of action and science fiction elements. It is hilarious how goofy it gets.
